Sarah's Story
Sarah Thompson is a second-generation farmer based in Moree, New South Wales, who has spent the past decade transitioning her family’s cotton farm toward regenerative practices. Driven by a deep respect for the land and a desire to leave it in a better condition for future generations, Sarah is passionate about farming in a way that restores soil health, supports biodiversity, and works in harmony with natural systems. Her goal is to produce high-quality cotton while reducing environmental impact and building a more resilient farming model.
