3. Orders & Demand Pooling

All material orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs). Orders will only be processed once the required threshold is met. If the MOQ is not reached, orders may be cancelled or extended.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed per material and may vary depending on supplier and production factors. Payment terms will be clearly outlined at checkout.

5. Supplier Relationships

Meadow Collective connects users with independent farmers and suppliers. While we aim to vet all partners, we do not guarantee outcomes of third-party production.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, imagery, and design, is the property of Meadow Collective and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, supply chain disruptions, or damages arising from third-party suppliers.
